Our Ministry Team

​Tim was born in Freeport, Illinois, but has always had ties to Bloomington. From middle childhood onward, he lived with his father in the Bloomington area. As a young adult, he returned to his hometown of Freeport, where he was eventually transformed by the Gospel at the age of 22. Immediately following, God burdened Tim’s heart to return to Bloomington, where he served under his father, the late Arthur Allison, at the Living Word Ministries (LWM). In 2011, after his father passed away, Tim was elected Pastor of the LWM. In September 2011, Tim married Renee Watson, also a native of Bloomington.

During his first year as a Pastor at the LWM, Tim felt there was a need for something more, but was unsure of what that was at the time. Around 2015, he shifted his focus toward understanding and developing a Gospel-centered community with a missional focus. 

Renee has been leading the worship team for 13 years, driven by a passion for praise and worship that began in childhood. With a heart dedicated to creating a space where others can encounter God, Renee believes that praise and worship is not just about music, but about posturing our hearts for authentic worship so that God is glorified in all we do.

Eric has served the church community for many years. Eric and his wife and children have been blessed to learn, serve, and grow in Christ. Eric am honored to be apart of the leadership team here at Reconcile Church in serving God and his children in His ministry of reconciliation.

Carolyn have served in youth ministry for over 40 years in Joliet, IL and is now an active resident in Normal, IL. serving as Youth Director in our youth church. During my journey with children, I've learned that they want to know about salvation and they want to be saved. Carolyn has a love for all children and enjoy teaching them the Good News of Jesus.

Carolyn is also active with our Praise and Worship Ministry, Small Group Discipleship Ministry, Community Outreach Ministry and Ministry Matters Ministry. TO GOD BE THE GLORY!

The Tech and Admin ministry provides technology and general administrative assistance for the other ministries and the church. This includes website and app functionality/maintenance, communication tools, equipment, and technical aid to members, visitors, and ministry leaders.

Outside of serving in the church, Myles is a trumpet player that is active in several bands. He also enjoys participating in multiple fitness activities and playing video games. He is married to the beautiful Authrine Singleton and has fostered multiple children with her.
