PLEASE READ: Sunday Service Location Notes for All and Volunteer Schedule

Thank you to all the volunteers for tomorrow's Sunday service. As this will be our first time going through what may be a new routine for a while, we ask for some level of flexibility until our routine can be solidified.

The address is 1628 Commerce Parkway, Bloomington IL at Be Strong CrossFit. For everyone, please enter from Veterans Parkway as opposed to Hamilton Rd as Hamilton Rd is closed for construction. As you turn into Commerce Parkway, you'll notice signs that say, "Road Closed to Thru Traffic". Drive around these signs and follow the road all the way down to our location.

Here is the volunteer schedule:

1. Audio/Video Setup Crew: Arrive by 8:00 AM - Complete setup by 9:00 AM

   1. Bring in equipment from vehicle

   2. Set up equipment

   3. Sound and video check

2. Service Setup Crew: Arrive by 9:00 AM - Complete setup by 9:30 AM

   1. Set up chairs facing the two TVs in our location in a U-pattern, giving enough space for the worship team and Pastor.

3. Welcome Greeters: Arrive by 9:15 AM

   1. One greeter should be outside by the curb to direct to our building. This role can be relieved at 10:00 AM. Bring a fan and trade off if necessary.

   2. One greeter can stand by the entrance and greet our congregation/visitors as they enter. This role can complete by the end of the first song. You'll be very close to the sanctuary, so you'll still be able to see the service.

   3. One or more greeters should sit near the entrance to greet those who may arrive late to the church. This role will last until the completion of the service.

4. Communion Helpers: We no longer have trays. Assist in passing out communion to our Congregation. Work with Deacon Eric Myer for instructions

5. Service Teardown, Audio/Video Teardown and Cleaning Crew: Be ready to work right after service. Our goal is to leave Be Strong cleaner than when we came in as a "thank you" to their generosity.

   1. Put tables, chairs, and extra communion back in the vehicle(s) where they arrived

   2. Put audio/video equipment in Myles Singleton's vehicle

   3. Clean the floors and restrooms (please bring cleaning equipment such as vacuums, cleaning spray, and sanitization wipes)
